We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The candidate must have a clear working knowledge of the print industry, with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
This is a full-time on-site position. Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Multitasking – highest level of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, strong focus on Excel)
- Ability to prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests
- Digital, Large Format, and/or Screen Printing experience is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients by processing orders. Responsible for preparing orders to client specifications
- Work with sales, production, and accounting, in an accurate, and efficient manner, to ensure all order processing is complete and correct
- Assist sales/estimating staff in the preparation of client proposals for all projects accepted by O’Donnell Corp and assigned to the department.
- Communicate fully with internal staff and external customers
- Establish work schedules and mutually acceptable deadlines for deliverables.
- Maintain paper control system for project tasks, billing activities, change orders, and required status reports.

Salary:
- Pay range $24.00 per hour
