Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position.

  • $10,000 Signing Bonus  – $5,000 after 90 days and $5,000 after 180 days

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5pm.

Under direction of ownership, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for providing full-cycle small business accounting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent years of accounting experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of account procedures and month-end/year-end closing procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel and File Maker

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate completion of month-end activities
  • Create journal entries
  • Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts to include the verification
  • Allocation, posting and reconciliation of transactions
  • Maintain general ledger, balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Support all internal/external audit engagements
  • Tax planning and preparation
  • Maintain corporate insurance, property taxes, and leases
  • Ensure all corporate licenses are kept current

Cost Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to join our team. This is a full-time on-site position – Monday – Friday 8 am to 5pm. 

Preferred Skills:

  • 2 – 5 years of experience working in Flat Media Printing
  • Solid knowledge of common practices and procedures used within the print and digital industry
  • Previous sourcing experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and carefully follow both written and oral guidance/instructions.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick learner and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive quote requests and prepare estimates

MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team, and develop digital and print content to engage with customers and support our Sales Team.  This position will act as the voice of O’Donnell Corporation to maintain and attract new customers. This is a full-time position and will be reporting to the Chief Managing Partner.

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5pm.  

Preferred Skills:

  • Batchelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
  • 2 – 5 years of experience of relevant marketing–related experience, writing, content creation and website management
  • Experience with website management software
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign and posting success.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (i.e. GoogleAnalytcs, WebTrends, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand and carefully follow both written and oral guidance/instructions.

Large Format Digital Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Digital Press Operator to join our team.

This is a full time position.  Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

 Preferred Skills:

  •  Experience in the large format printing industry
  • General knowledge associated with Large Format production technique, equipment and substrates
  • Proficiency in Caldera RIP software and press file set up
  • Self-starter, motivated and reliable
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, prioritizing, organizing and following through on a variety of tasks, assignments and projects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot print quality issues and possible printer errors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate and maintain large format printing presses
  • Review work orders and prioritize jobs, and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
  • Monitors shop inventory as required
  • Ensures waste is minimized throughout each and every job.

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in active, outside sales
  • Print Industry or Retail Sales experience a PLUS
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business
