We are seeking an Accountant to join our team.

The Accountant will work under the supervision of management to handle, as a team, the various needs of the accounting department.  The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented and be able to balance multiple priorities.

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Cross train with A/P, A/R, H/R, Payroll, Billing, and Purchasing functions
  • Cross- train to perform daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations to cash accounts
  • Maintain the general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and loss statement
  • Handle month-end activities; create journal entries and accruals
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Communicate and work with outside CPA for preparation of tax returns
  • Prepare and file monthly Sales & Use Tax returns
  • Handle monthly inventory and annual physical inventory
  • Job Costing
  • Handle fixed assets and depreciation
  • Set-up new customers and ensure accounts are kept within credit terms
  • Oversee insurance renewals for all business policies and benefit policies
  • Keep corporate insurance, property taxes, leases, licenses current
  • Oversee rental property monthly rent, tax returns, and expenses
  • Ability to prepare and file W-2’s, 1099’s and step into payroll functions as needed
  • Some duties that pertain to this position may be added or changed

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
  • Minimum of three years of accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Well organized, and detail-oriented
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Quickbooks
  • Working knowledge of EXCEL spreadsheets, with experience creating/using Pivot Tables and VLookUp.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

We are seeking an experienced Prepress Technician to join our team.

The Prepress Technician sets the foundation for successful print output with proper formatting, appearance and layout of text and images to ensure adherence to desired result. The operator sets up all imposition and template design files. The operator will work closely with management to ensure that files are set up correctly. The operator will also work closely with the press operators to ensure that intended output is upheld consistently throughout the print production process.

This is a full-time, on-site position.  Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm. 

Preferred Skills:

  • 5 years or more of prepress experience in a fast-paced, large format environment.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe CC applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in prepress and digital printing processes and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of Caldera RIP software.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Understanding of color management and experience profiling various output devices
  • Ability to handle repetitive workflow tasks efficiently
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must work with good use of keyboard shortcuts and be able to demonstrate ability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preflight electronic files received from clients to determine accuracy, omissions, or additional requirements, and report any issues to management and customer service
  • Adjust files to match customer specifications for size, content, and quality
  • Create proofs of final artwork for customer approval
  • Set up approved artwork for output on various digital printing presses
  • Output color separations for printing on screen print presses
  • Work within organizational guidelines for file structure including: save location, naming convention and file size
  • Handle the transfer of files from one press to another, including color matching, custom color creation, and set up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary:

  • $20 – $25/hour based on experience

National Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a National Sales Account Executive to help customers bring their marketing concept ideas to print and collaborate to introduce new ideas.  We are in search of a professional, outgoing, energetic person with the proven ability to achieve success and/or a proven sales record.

Qualifications Necessary for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in active, outside sales
  • Print Industry or Retail Sales experience a PLUS
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs to offer products
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, with expert time management skills
  • Have a completive nature and be committed to exceeding goals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting for potential clients
  • Comfortable making sales presentations
  • Must be a closer with strong phone, written and verbal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales of company products to establish and expand sales on new and existing accounts

  • Know buyers and the market and can bring a book of business
  • Previous large format print sales experience
