Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to build brand awareness and assist with all marketing materials.

Required Skills:

  • Attention to detail with the ability to proof and edit documents and presentations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with teams.
  • Ability to work with ownership, upper management and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ year’s relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong experience with Internet marketing, social media and online networking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience in creating company newsletters and sales kits.
  • Proficiency with graphic software applications, including Illustrator and Photoshop.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the company web site and online search accounts like Google and Yelp.
  • Manage social media accounts including: LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement a company marketing plan to reach new customers.
  • Create a system with the finishing department to keep the sample area organized and updated with fresh marketing materials and samples.
  • Create and assemble marketing materials to send out for all sales reps and clients.
  • Maintain stock and update the company sales brochure as needed.
  • Assist with sales presentations.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.
  • Support the sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses and new product information.
  • Develop new printed products and ideas for “new” opportunities on existing products with our current customer base and identify new opportunities when we are running jobs that can be presented to other customers.
  • Research O’Donnell Corporation’s competitors and their products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising.
  • Maintain a research data bases and report findings to ownership.
  • Manage requests for the creation of new samples by the sales team and follow up with production to make sure the samples are completed.

Salary:

  • $45,000-$50,000 annually

National Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a National Sales Account Executive to help customers bring their marketing concept ideas to print and collaborate to introduce new ideas.  We are in search of a professional, outgoing, energetic person with the proven ability to achieve success and/or a proven sales record.

Qualifications Necessary for Success:

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years in active, outside sales
  • Print Industry or Retail Sales experience a PLUS
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs to offer products
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with teams
  • Strong business acumen
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, with expert time management skills
  • Have a completive nature and be committed to exceeding goals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting for potential clients
  • Comfortable making sales presentations
  • Must be a closer with strong phone, written and verbal skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales of company products to establish and expand sales on new and existing accounts
  • Create plans to accomplish goals and strategically act towards increased growth and brand management

  • Marketing/advertising large scale format print experience
  • Know buyers and the market and can bring a book of business
  • Previous large format print sales experience
